Fortnite’s newest in-game emote is a collaborative one. Epic Games this evening announced the launch of “The Renegade,” the viral TikTok dance created by Atlanta teenager Jalaiah Harmon. The Twitter account for Fortnite openly cites Harmon, writing, “Go, go, go, go, let’s go and bust out some [fire] moves by @jalaiah.”
It’s not clear whether Epic and Harmon struck some type of licensing deal, but it’s a possibility considering the developer’s rocky legal history with dance emotes. Throughout Fortnite’s meteoric rise starting in the fall of 2017, the game has featured a number of real-world dances copied from pop culture. How to create Memoji on your iPhone or iPad
On your iPhone and iPad you can create your own Animoji, known as Memoji. Customize these characters as much as you want with a variety of face shapes, hairstyles, accessories, and more.
- Open Messages on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on an existing conversation or create a new one.

How to turn off motion controls in Paper Mario: The Origami King
Paper Mario: The Origami King is finally here and with it comes an all new adventure, new graphics, and new gameplay mechanics. One of the new gameplay mechanics incorporates motion control. By tilting and moving your Switch about, you can control certain aspects of Mario's movements. However, not everyone wants to wave their whole Switch around while playing. Fortunately, motion controls can be turned on and off easily at any point in the game.
What are motion controls?
Throughout your adventures as Paper Mario, you will learn Paper Techniques - special skills that allow Paper Mario to interact with the world around him in new ways. The first Paper Technique you'll learn, the 1,000-Fold Arms, for example, let's Paper Mario peel back walls, open valves, and even attack bosses. Initially, you will control the 1,000-Fold Arms with motion controls. You will be prompted to tilt the Switch (or the Joy-Cons if you're not playing in handheld mode) to move Paper Mario's massive folded arms. However, if you're like me and always playing in handheld mode, you might not want to be waving your Switch around while you play. Later on, when motion controls get even more complicated, you will have to shake or jolt the Switch - definitely not something I want to do while playing in handheld mode.
How do you turn motion controls off?
So, let's say you don't want to risk accidentally throwing your Switch. Luckily, you can easily turn motion controls off by following these steps:

Press + to open the Menu.

Press R to scroll through the different sections of the Menu until you reach the gear symbol.
- Using the left joystick or the d-pad, scroll down to Motion Controls.

Using the left joystick or the d-pad, toggle right to turn motion controls off.

Press B to resume gameplay.
Simple as that, you can carry on with your game, free from motion controls. In places where you normally would be prompted with motion controls, you'll instead be prompted to use the joystick.

- Launch the app you want to use.
- Tap on the text field you want to use the Emoji.

By default the Emoji Keyboard is active on your iPhone or iPad, if you prefer to avoid it, you can disable it at anytime.

How do you get the 3x bigger emoji in iMessage?
Bigger emoji are better emoji. They let you see all the details and convey all the emotions. If you're running iOS 10, iMessage can now show you emoji at three times the normal size. But only under certain circumstances.
- Enter one to three emoji in the iMessage text field.

Tap the Send button. (Looks like an upward arrow)
If you enter more than three emoji, they'll default back to 1x size. If you enter emoji and any other text, they'll default back to 1x size. So, if you really want 3x emoji, you can only send emoji, and you can only send one to three of them in a single iMessage.

If you're an iPhone X user and you want to use the face-tracking Aniomji to send an animated message (or perhaps do some Aniomji karaoke) the steps are a little different than using a standard emoji.

In iOS 14, Apple has add the ability to search throgh the emoji on your iPhone (at present, this capability isn't availalbe on iPad).

While the betas contain new features, they also contain pre-release bugs that can prevent the normal use of your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, or Mac, and are not intended for everyday use on a primary device. That's why we strongly recommend staying away from developer previews unless you need them for software development, and using the public betas with caution. If you depend on your devices, wait for the final release.
- Tap the Emoji key while using the keyboard in an app that supports the standard iOS keyboard.
- Tap the search field above the emoji.
