Apple Retail Stores to offer workshops in Apple Watch basics beginning April 24

Apple will be offering Apple Watch Basics workshops at some of their Apple Retail Stores following the launch of the device on April 24.

Like the similar workshops for iPhone and iPad, the Apple Watch Basics course is designed to help users become familiar with their new device. Customers will learn about watch features like Glances, faces, and using the watch with their iPhone. From Apple:

Bring your Apple Watch—along with your iPhone—and get familiar with your most personal device yet. We'll show you how to get started using Glances, gestures, watch faces, and more.

The Apple Watch Basics workshops are so far only listed at select Apple Stores. Check out Apple's Retail site to see if a store near you has appointments available. Appointments for the courses will begin on April 24, when the Apple Watch launches in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom, and United States.
