If you've seen one movie based on a young adult novel, you've seen them all. Given the recent spate of such films, Saturday Night Live couldn't help but lampoon the genre with a surprisingly well-produced theatrical trailer. The Group Hopper, sure to never come to a theater near you, explores all of the clichés and tropes you've seen before. A new entrant to an oppressive monarchical system bands together with his peers, finds love, and fights the man. Sounds like a blockbuster hit in the making.
