Kevin Spacey isn't content with just acting like a president on TV — he thinks he can impersonate Bill Clinton himself. In a new video to celebrate the former President's 68th birthday, Spacey (in character as House of Cards' Frank Underwood) tries to pull the wool over Hillary Clinton's eyes during a prank call. Spacey tries to do some snooping and figure out what Hillary's getting her husband, but sadly it's to no avail. Instead, the former Secretary of State provides her typical response of late: "This is a very personal decision I will make when I'm ready." There are plenty of other winks and nods in the video — give it a watch to check out Spacey's best Clinton impression.
