After an 18-year hiatus, Land Rover settles on new, U.S.-bound Defender design

Fans of the Defender have been clamoring for a new version ever since the late 1990s, when regulations prevented the off-roader from being sold in the U.S. Land Rover has settled on the design for the new Defender, but company executives say it won't look like the DC100 Concept that premiered in 2011.
