Jawbone announced today that the Up24 band and its Up app are now available for Android. The Up24 is the most recent tracking band to come from the company, and its accompanying app has only ever been available on iOS. Now Android users will be able to purchase a band and sync it wirelessly via Bluetooth to their cellphones, allowing for real-time notifications and data storage. Until this point, Android users were a bit out of luck — the Up app is the primary way for users to get the most out of the Up24 band, because it lets users see all their current and past data at any time.
