Behold the delicious Bao-ser's Castle Burger, a hot steamy bao bun filled with a "square, onion soup-braised (and seared) beef tongue patty, nested with green onion slices, quick pickle cucumber, cilantro, grilled pork belly, and a hoisin mayonnaise."
