Does ‘Toejam and Earl’ for Sega Genesis hold up?

Does It Hold Up is a chance to re-experience childhood favorites of books, movies, TV shows, video games, and other cultural phenomenon decades later. Have they gotten better like a fine wine, or are we drinking cork?

Opening presents is one of life’s few consistent pleasures. I enjoy it now as much as I did when I was a little kid. But does the joy of shredding the wrapper off a box to see what’s waiting inside translate into the virtual world?

Interstellar

Interstellar (Cristoher Nolan 2014). Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain.

Do You Actually Use Voice Control?

Yesterday, Amazon announced Echo, a Bluetooth speaker slash voice-controlled personal assistant, an omnipresent Siri that sits in your living room and answers whatever questions you might throw at it. So clearly, Amazon thinks that voice control is cool enough to warrant a standalone product. I'm just wondering who actually uses the damn thing.

The next headphones from Beats may be the first to have the Apple branding

New documents filed this week on the Federal Communications Commission website shows that an upcoming headphone from Beats Electronics could be the first to have Apple branding on its packaging since the company acquired Beats earlier this year.

According to 9to5Mac, which found the FCC filing, the new product is a Bluetooth wireless version of the previously released Beats Solo2 headphones. The post doesn't show a release date for the product, but it does show that its packaging will show Apple's world headquarters address. The FCC listing also shows Apple listed as the creator and tester of these headphones.

It's likely that all future Beats hardware products will have Apple's branding as the company becomes a bigger part of Apple's future plans.
