Reuters is reporting that Turkey has officially lifted its ban on Twitter, after two weeks of centralized network-level blackout. Just yesterday, the Turkish Constitutional Court ruled that the ban was unconstitutional, but it was unclear whether the countries telecommunications agency would respond. According to a Reuters source within the Turkish government, the change has now been made, and the Turkish web is no longer blocking traffic to and from the service.
